Your purchase
Purchasing Grounded grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the web app at app.grounded.lifestyle. This license is for individual use only. You may not:
- Share your access link publicly or with others for their use
- Resell or sublicense access to Grounded
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the app or its content
Refund policy
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee. If you genuinely tried the techniques and felt no benefit, email us at hello@grounded.lifestyle within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed through Gumroad and may take a few business days to appear.
Intellectual property
All content within Grounded, including its design, copy, code, and technique descriptions, is owned by Grounded and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use any part of it without written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep Grounded available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. Significant changes that affect your purchased access will be communicated by email.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grounded and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product operator is based. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Grounded after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
